We typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time of payment – occasionally it can take us longer if we have a big surge in our volume of sales, but oftentimes it is quicker (during the Holidays, we will post our holiday shipping deadlines on our homepage).
Custom pet portraits can take up to 3 weeks to complete. This can vary depending on the size and work involved. If you have a specific date you need your portrait by please contact us prior to purchasing and we will let you know if this is possible.
Art prints in size 11×14″ or larger are shipped carefully rolled together in a sturdy tube.
Art prints in size 5×7″ and 8×10″, and all greeting cards are wrapped individually in a clear sleeve and sandwiched with sturdy chipboards to ensure safe shipment.
Pillow covers are shipped in a poly mailer.
If the order is shipping to US/Canada, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
If the order is shipping internationally, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and the service selected.
Tracking information is only available for wall calendar, pillow cover and art prints of size 11×14″ or larger.
All international shipments will be marked as merchandise. Depending on your local laws, there may be duties, taxes, or other fees due before you can receive your shipment. These fees are beyond our control. Triple Studio is not responsible for these charges. Please ensure that you understand any customs fees you may be responsible for. If a parcel is returned to us with unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be given the option to receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping, or the buyer can repay shipping to resend the parcel with the understanding that the intended receiver will be required to pay the customs fees for delivery to occur.
Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. As everything is specially made to order, returns or exchanges on print orders cannot be accepted. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and snap a photo if you can so that I can either expedite a replacement or issue a refund (on a case-by-case basis).
